Refund policy

Scope
This policy applies to paid individual financial-planning consultations and preparation of tailored financial-management plans arranged through Signal Beacon Financial Planning Co., Ltd., Tax ID (TIN) 0105104332181.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: Full refund of any prepaid session fee, or free rescheduling once.
- Within 48 hours: One free reschedule if a new time is agreed within 14 days; otherwise up to 50% of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved time (proposed).
- No-show: Treated as a completed booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.
Refunds after work has started
If you cancel after we have delivered a substantial portion of a written plan, fees for completed work are non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance for undelivered sections is refunded within 14 business days (proposed).
How to request a refund
Email info@signalbeacon.store or call +66-76-218-493 with your name, booking date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days where possible.
Deposits
Deposits holding a calendar slot are refundable under the windows above. Deposits applied to delivered materials are handled under the “work started” section.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs you authorise (for example, courier or notarisation) are billed at cost and are not refundable once incurred.
